No spam, phishing, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk email, denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, exploitation of minors, trafficking, or any activity illegal in the country where the server is located or in your own country.
Do not resell, share or redistribute credentials beyond the purchased connection limit, do not use the service to relay traffic for third parties, and do not attempt to circumvent traffic accounting.
Do not attempt to access accounts, servers or data you do not own. Report vulnerabilities to support instead of exploiting them.
We may suspend an order immediately where a credible abuse report exists, and will explain the reason unless prohibited by law. Repeated violations lead to account termination.
If you believe a suspension was wrong, contact support with the order number. We review appeals within two business days.
