These terms govern the use of the RoyalNetwork subscription service. By creating an account or ordering a subscription you accept them.
Last updated:
1. The service
RoyalNetwork provides access to a virtual private network transport built on Xray. A subscription grants a limited right to use that transport for the period and the traffic or connection limit purchased. We do not sell software, and we do not guarantee access to any specific website or service.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed with your account. Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Orders and price
An order is either traffic-based or connection-based, never both. The price is calculated from the platform price list shown on the plans page at the moment of ordering. Where a free introductory period is advertised, it applies only to the time-based component of the price and only as stated on the plans page.
4. Delivery and activation
A configuration is generated after payment is confirmed. If no server capacity is available for the chosen route, the order remains pending and you are notified; in that case you may request a refund of that order.
5. Fair use
Subscriptions are for personal or business use by the account holder. Reselling requires a reseller agreement. Any use described in the acceptable use policy is prohibited and may lead to suspension without refund.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream network faults and capacity limits may interrupt service. Where an interruption is our fault and lasts longer than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rata extension.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
